If you want to use the HZB IT, you will need an HZB account. You will get it upon request. According to your status, you have to apply for the account at your department office or the user offices. With your signature on the request for an account you will have accepted our IT rules and will have to obey them.

If you have a problem, which is not covered by the FAQ, please contact our service desk or use the problem request form to get further help.

There is an on call-duty for emergencies with IT at the experiments outside normal working hours.

Safety note: Employees of HZB will never ask for your password. Never share passwords with anyone.
