Talks
Talks will be displayed via a central Windows XP PC. Please make sure to have your talk copied on this PC in our "Technikraum" well in advance of your session. An early submission allows for the time possibly needed to work on unforeseen problems.
As it usually leads to delays within the sessions, the connection of a notebook to the presentation system is not foreseen.
The timing of the different types of talks is as follows:
- Plenary talks: 50min + 10min Discussion
- Key note talks: 30min + 5min Discussion
- Contributed Talks: 15min + 3min Discussion
Posters
The poster size is A0, portrait.
Facilities will get the opportunity to present themselves on posters that will be posted int he foyer during the whole conference.
