All cancellations must be provided in writting to sni2010@congressa.de. Upon receipt of a written cancellation note before/on February 3rd, 2010, the total registration fee will be refunded.
Note that the registration fee will be due for cancellations after February 3rd, 2010. No refund will be made.
Please note: You have two possibilities to register for the conference: if you have a Login from abstract submission, you can use it to register - the data provided when you applied for the Login will then automatically be used. You can also regsiter without a Login; you will then be asked to enter the required data by hand.

Please note: the online registration will be closed on February, 16th. On-site registration will be possible, but the payment will have to be in cash (no credit cards).
After the registration process is completed you will receive an automated confirmation E-mail with your invoice. The invoice will be made out to the address you enter during your registration.
As soon as the amount given on your invoice is received (booked from your credit card or as bank transfer) you will receive an E-mail with the confirmation of payment.
