To print the form, select print3, i.e. the LaserJet 4050 in the experiment control room.
Unattended Beamline operation
The HZB administration grants BESSY-MX users the allowance to temporarily leave the beamline during the experiment for the following purposes:
- Leaving the beamline during the day for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.
- Leaving the beamline after midnight to take a rest
A condition for this is that the responsible scientist must provide contact details about where he will be staying during his absence and a mobile phone number on which he can be contacted should an emergency situation occur. Be aware that the proper operation of all experimental subsystems cannot be guaranteed over this time.
General procedure
Prior to leaving the experiment, fill in the "PSF-user accessibility information form" and put the form into the Safety Sheet tray at the beamline door. Do not forget to provide all required information. After returning to the beamline, please remove the form (and put it into the trash can for paper).
