Metal oxide nanocomposite particles

Well-dispersed, crystalline TiO2 nanoparticles (anatase or rutile) with controllable particle size can be synthesized at low temperature by using spherical polyelectrolyte brush particles as the “nanoreactor”.

The as-prepared composite particles are colloidal stable, which show high photocatalytic activity for the degradation of dye under UV irradiation.
