Workshop
The workshop consists of invited talks and discussions on present status and future prospects of compound semiconductor technologies. The number of participants will be limited to about 100.
Activities in the CIGS sector are booming worldwide and accordingly we expect CIGS-experts from Asia, Europe as well as the USA to participate.
Topics
CIGS technology is becoming increasingly important on the photovoltaics market. Over the past year, several large industrial initiatives were announced. Still, many technological issues remain to be solved, the large scale challenge is pressing now more than ever.
We plan to address these and other topics in the following sessions:
