International Workshop on CIGS Solar Cell Technology
19-22 April 2010

The workshop consists of invited  talks and panel discussions on present status and future prospects of chalcopyrite solar cells. The number of  participants will be limited to about 100, including the most internationally renowned experts.

The workshop is organized by PVcomB (Competence Centre Thin-Film-  and Nano-technology for Photovoltaics Berlin) and HZB (Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie, formerly HMI).

Monday, 19 April:
We will start with an informal get-together on Monday evening. We invite all participants from the International Workshop on CIGS Solar Cell Technology on a drink in the Derag Hotel Großer Kurfürst. The Hotel is situated in the middle of the historic centre of Berlin, nearby the "Nikolaiviertel". The boulevards "Friedrichstrasse" and "Unter den Linden" as well as the Brandenburg Gate and the "Museumsinsel" are no more than a few minutes walking distance away.

Tuesday, 20 April:
Workshop all day, the evening is free to your own planning.

Wednesday, 21 April:
Workshop all day, in the evening we invite you to our dinner cruise with additional guests from the Thin-film Industry Forum (organised by Solarpraxis).

Thursday, 22 April:
The workshop ends after the shared morning session with the Thin-film Industry Forum (organised by Solarpraxis).
