Ninth Joint BER II and BESSY II User Meeting 2017
The Ninth Joint BER II and BESSY II Users' Meeting will take place from December 13th to December 15th 2017 in Berlin-Adlershof and Berlin-Wannsee. The User Meeting will bring together more than 400 researchers from all over the world and from different research fields.
On Wednesday, December 13th, we will start the Users’ Meeting with the “Young Scientists & Synchrotron Day”. We will continue with the “Science Day” on Thursday, December 14th. Both events will take place at the Wilhelm-Conrad-Röntgen Campus in Berlin-Adlershof.
On Friday, December 15th, you are invited to attend the “Young Scientists & Neutron Day” at the Lise-Meitner Campus in Berlin-Wannsee.
This year's User Meeting will be accompanied by the Satellite Workshop
Diffraction Data Processing using DIALS - a practical workshop
The workshop will take place on Friday, December 15th at the Wilhelm-Conrad-Roentgen-Campus in Adlershof.
Like in previous years you can also visit our vendor exhibition. Almost 50 companies will present a wide spectrum of research instrumentation and latest innovations. The vendor exhibition will be running on Wednesday and Thursday alongside the User Meeting in Berlin-Adlershof.
Registration for the User Meeting and abstract submission for poster presentation is now open.
Once again we have attracted a number of renowned speakers from around the world. This years' Public Lecture will be presented in cooperation with the HU Berlin and we are very proud to welcome Prof. George Malliaras from the University of Cambridge who will talk about interfacing with the brain using organic electronics.
