Companies interested in participating in the Vendor Exhibition of the Eighth Joint BER II and BESSY II User Meeting can register with the form below. Deadline for registration will be September 15, 2017. In case of oversubscription, the booths will be provided on a "first come - first served" basis. A binding confirmation on participation will be send by end of September.
There will be a participating fee for the vendor exhibition that will be used as a financial contribution for our “Berliner Buffet”, which will take place parallel to the poster session Thursday evening.
We will offer full booths, which are equivalent to the ones you know from previous years (two tables, two metres wide). Additionally we will also offer half booths (one table, one metre) for a reduced price.
There will be different pricings for the different rooms of the WISTA building according to the diagram below.
The vendor exhibition will be opened to the participants on Wednesday from 13:30 to 18:00 and on Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00. Time for setting up the booths will be on Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 13:00 and booths should be demounted on Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00.
