Charge separation in the bulk and at interfaces with metal halide perovskites

Properties such as the diffusion length and carrier lifetimes of metal halide perovskites depend on the preparation conditions, morphology, stoichiometry and the formation of intermediate phases [1,2]. Our institute provide tools for measuring diffusion length by Goodman method [1].
