KMC-1
KMC-1
The KMC-1 is a tender x-ray double crystal monochromator beamline for the energy range between 2 and 12 keV. The beamline and experiment are under UHV-condition. Typical experiments are:
- HIKE (High Kinetic Energy Photoelectron Spectroscopy) or HAXPES (Hard X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy)
- EXAFS, NEXAFS, XANES
- Diffractometry, Reflectometry
