The service desk group in the deparment Frontoffice and Helpdesk (IT-FH) is the single point of acceptance for all requests regarding information technology at HZB and will forward these (if necessary) to the relevant staff.

What we can not afford

The maintenance of printers (For example, adding paper, changing toner / rollers) is in the responsibility of each organizational unit.

For problems with the department printers by Konica / Minolta (copier / printer / fax) please call the Konica service and inform them of the equipment number. This information can be found on the sticker on the device.
