Incident Management Server

If you have a problem with one of your systems that could affect the operability of a service or the security of the system, or already does, we will try to help you as quickly as possible.

You can also contact us, our service desk, or any other member of the IT department at any time by phone or send an IT help call in the reasonable suspicion of a serious incident.

Please note that a change request to a system is not an incident. If you would like to have something changed on a system we support without jeopardizing the operation of your system, please contact help@helmholtz-berlin.de.
