Please note that SBS-7 features invited talks only. However, you are very welcome to apply for a poster presentation during registration by submitting a proposed poster title.

For budgetary reasons, the dinner fee is an integral part of the participation fee and cannot be refunded (regardless of participation in the dinner).
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizers. Please send an email to gustav.graeber@hu-berlin.de and sandra.fischer@helmholtz-berlin.de.
Each case of cancellation will be considered individually. The organizers reserve the right to refuse reimbursement of parts or the total fee depending on the date of cancellation.
In general, cancellations made up to three weeks before the start of the event (before August 24, 2026) may be eligible for a refund minus a processing fee of 50,00 EUR.
Unfortunately, refunds for cancellations received less than three weeks before the event cannot be granted. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Information for HZB staff
Payment of the participation fee for HZB employees will be made by internal transfer. Please enter your Cost Centre (or CO.-Number) in the field provided in the registration form.
