Accommodation Information
To try and make your visit for the workshop as pleasant as possible, we have reserved rooms at four different hotels for attendees, the details of which are given below. All room reservations include breakfast unless otherwise stated.
- Airport Hotel Adlershof
Availability: One night on the 14th of September.
Price: 77€ per night for a single room.
Location: Adlershof
Distance to HZB: 650 m and 8 minutes away on foot.
Rooms will be held until the 18th of August.

- IBB Blue Hotel Berlin-Airport
Availability: Two nights on the 13th and 14th of September. (number of rooms limited)
Price: 64,80€ per night for a single room.
Location: near S-Bahn Betriebsbahnhof Schöneweide.
Distance to HZB: 2.8 km 34 minutes by foot, or 18 minutes via bus 163 to Hans-Schmidt-Str. Then a short walk.
These rooms will be held until the 13th of August 2017.

- Park Inn Alexanderplatz
Availability: Two nights on the 13th and 14th of September. (number of rooms limited)
Price: 129,00€ per night for a single room and 139,00€ for a double room.
Location: City Centre
Distance to HZB: 15.4 km Aprox 30 mins via public transport. S7 or S5 to Ost Kreuz then change to S8, S9, or S85 to Adlershof. Then a short walk
These rooms will be held until the 16th of August.

- Hotel am Schloss Köpenick Berlin
Availability: Two nights on the 13th and 14th of September.
Price: 65,50€ per night for a single room and an additional 13,50€ per day for breakfast.
Location: Spindlersfeld on the banks of the Dahme.
Distance to HZB: 3.6 km 45 minutes by foot or 18 minutes by tram 61,62 or 63 to Magnusstr. Then a short walk.
These rooms will be held until the 31st of August.

Additionally, Berlin is a large city with many hotels and good public transport, if you wish to stay closer to the city but still be able to reach HZB swiftly we recommend staying near the eastern side of the ring. Please note, September is a popular month to visit Berlin and hotel rooms are being booked quickly.
