The room rate is in EUR per night and includes VAT, applicable charges and the following amenities:

-       Use of wireless high speed internet in our guest rooms and the public area
-       Super Breakfast Buffet
-       Coffee and tea facilities on each room

The blocked room rates are available until 4 weeks / 28 days prior to arrival. After this date, the unclaimed rooms will be returned for sale. We will continue to offer the above-mentioned agreed special rates subject to availability.
Rooms that have been requested can be canceled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, also of single persons, 90% of the contractually agreed room rate will be charged.
