General Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all participants of the Tandem PV Workshop 2021.
- All participants can see the video/audio transmission of other participants.
- The participant can, in exceptional cases, activate and deactivate the microphone and camera function at any time. In most cases, this is only possible on the instruction of the "host".
- By activating the functions including transmission of audio, video and other sources, the participant agrees that all attendees can see all elements of the transmission (including background).
- It is prohibited to make and/or distribute recordings (e.g. screenshots) of the above-mentioned elements. Any unauthorized publication will be prosecuted.
- In special cases, the event will be recorded by the organizer and made available to the participants afterwards; in this case, a separate written consent will be obtained from the participants.
- The organizer cannot ensure that individual participants will disregard these conditions.
- We would like to point out that we cannot offer a sufficient level of protection for showing unpublished data.
Registration fees and cancellation policy
- The registration fees are as indicated on the conference website
- Access to the event will be granted upon full payment of the registration fees.
- Discount applicants must confirm their status by presenting the supporting documents indicated on the conference site. The organizers will review the documents and might deny the discounted registration.
- Registration fees are not transferable
- Cancellation fees:
- If we receive your written cancellation before one week prior the beginning of the event (5th April 2021), the registration fee will be refunded, deducted by an administrative fee of 50%
- There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
