Registration & Poster Submission

The 17th BESSY@HZB User Meeting takes place Wednesday, 3 December and Thursday, 4 December and will be accompanied by a one-off event - a dedicated "Energy Day" on Friday, 5 December. Please specify below which event(s) you would like to participate in. 

Deadline for registration and poster submission  -  October 31, 2025 (23:59 CET)

Participation in the meeting will be free of charge, however pre-registration is mandatory. Only registered participants can join the "Green Buffet" on Thursday evening.

Poster Session @ User Meeting

If you are interested in presenting a poster as first author, please indicate and enter title and abstract below.

The poster session takes place on Thursday, 4 December from 05:00 to 07:00 pm in the experimental hall. Poster mounting starts at 03:30 pm.


PLEASE NOTE: all posters have to be in DIN A0 LANDSCAPE format:  120 cm (width) x 84 cm (height)
