Registration - Vendor Exhibition

Companies interested in participating in the Vendor Exhibition of the 18th BESSY@HZB User Meeting can register with the online form below.

Vendor exhibition opening hours:

  • Wednesday, 2 December from 12:00 to 17:00 (booth setup from 10:00 to 12:00)
  • Thursday, 3 December from 09:00 to 14:00 (booth dismantling from 14:00 to 15:00)

Depending on the show room we offer three different price categories for booths: entrance hall (900 Euro), main hall (800 Euro), side hall (700 Euro), and side entrance hall (700 Euro). All booths include two tables (two metres wide). We also offer one half booth in the main hall (No. 7, one table, one metre, 400 Euro).

Deadline for registration will be September 30, 2026.

In case of oversubscription, the booths will be provided on a "first come - first served" basis. A binding confirmation on participation will be send in a timely manner.

Please note the room heights when planning to set up roll-up banners and illuminated walls:
- Main hall (Newton-/Einstein-Cabinet) 2.60 metres 
- Side hall (Curie-Cabinet) 2.50 to 2.80 metres
