SolidFlexRIXS
Solid state X-ray emission and NEXAFS with extended temperature range for open port use
The SolidFlexRIXS endstation is dedicated to resonant inelastic x-ray scattering (RIXS) and near edge x-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) investigations of solids. It features an x-ray sensitive single photon-counting detector. The endstation works in UHV. The sample holder is mounted on a continuous flow cryostat for measurements down to 100 K. A custom-designed sample holder is available for sample annealing up to 1500 K during experiments.
