closed cycle operated cryo-jet (Oxford N-Helix)
Closed cycle operated cryo-jet to cool down small samples in a Helium gas stream for a short time to a temperature down to 20 K. By the use of glass or Kapton capillaries in-situ gas atmospheres can be applied to the samples up to pressures of 1 MPa. In normal operation with a dry Nitrogen gas the temperature range is limited to about 100K - 300K.
