Solidarity with Israel

With great concern, we are following the news from Israel. We are stunned by the massive terrorist violence causing many victims and unbearable human suffering. We condemn the attacks by Hamas on Israel and its citizen in the strongest possible terms.

Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin has long-standing cooperations with research institutions in Israel. This research exchange has often led to close friendships over the years. That is why the dramatic development of the last few days hits us deep in the heart. We stand in solidarity with the people in Israel.
