Abstract:
The topological surface state of Bi2Te3 leads to high photoemisson intensity from its Dirac point. This allows us to investigate the effect of larger amounts of deposited Fe than previously achieved for Bi2Se3. The Dirac point is shown to stay intact up to at least a monolayer showing the robustness of the topological state towards disordered magnetic moments.
