Abstract:

The latterstructurehasbeenproposedasaneasyproduciblehigh-efficiencysolarcell.Low-temperature alternativessuchaslocalablationofSixNy with 355nmlaserradiationareexaminedwithregardtothe stabilityoftheelectronicqualityofpassivatedareasbetweentheopeningsintheSixNy layer. Contactlesstime-resolvedmicrowaveconductivitymeasurements(TRMC)areappliedtomeasure changes inelectronicpassivationafterthesetreatments.Subsequentgalvanicmetallizationofthe openingsisoptimizedforitsuseasohmiccontacts.
