Hot & vacuum sealer

• Sealing Temperature: 50 - 250°C adjustable with control accuracy of +/-2°C.
• Two hot & vacuum sealers: one sealer is put inside the glovebox to seal Li-S pouch cell, the other one is put outside the glovebox to seal pouch cell that is not sensitive to H₂O and O₂.

Planetary micro mill

• Rotational speed of main disk:100∼1100 rpm
• Relative rotational speed of grinding bowls: 2200 rpm (Max.)
• 2 pieces hardened stainless steel grinding bowls (80ml)
• 2 pieces zirconium oxide grinding bowls (80ml)

Film coater

• 10 - 100 mm/sec variable
• Accuracy: +/-10 mm/sec
• Thickness adjustable from 0.01 - 3.5 mm

Rolling press

• Size of roller: 96 mm Dia. x 220mm W
• Temperature: 200°C max.
• Recommended Heating Rate: 1.3°C/minute
• Temperature Control Accuracy: +/-5°C
• Note：The gap tolerance may vary with temperature raising as below

             RT-100 oC : 0.008 - 0.01 mm

             100 – 150 oC :  0.02- 0.03 mm

             150 – 200 oC:   0.03 - 0.05 mm

Die cutter

• Size of cutting dies:

    Cathode Die: 79mm (L) x 59mm (W), 56mm (L) x 43mm (W), 29mm (L) x 19mm (W)

    Anode Die: 80mm (L) x 60mm (W), 58mm (L) x 45mm (W), 30mm (L) x 20mm (W)

Stacking machine

• Stacking Electrode Size: 180mm x 150mm Max.

                                             180mm = electrode length + tab length

                                              44mm x 44mm Standard.

                                              Range is highly adjustable.

• Aligning Accuracy: ±0.3mm for stacked electrodes
• Acceptable Separator Roll Size 220mm O.D Max.

Welder

• Two sets of the welding heads and welding bases are included for welding both aluminum & copper current collectors from 1 to 15.
• Welding power can be readjusted to fit the needs for welding other types of metals such as Au, Fe, Ni, Ag.
• Up to four recipes can be stored in the Al or Cu welding programs.
