Important: On Windows Vista / 7 / 8 systems, the installed AFORS-HET program must be run with administrator privileges! (Right mouse button click on the icon, then "run as administrator")
Alternatively, you can also copy the whole AFORS-HET directory tree from the "Programs" folder into another folder where you have full read-/write permissions as a normal (non-admin) user.
